All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During this period, each item undergoes careful inspection and secure packaging to ensure it meets our quality standards before leaving our facility.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx
• Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch
🌍 International Orders
• Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on destination and local courier services
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, high-demand seasons, or global logistics disruptions.

As soon as your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.

❌ Order Modifications & Cancellations
Requests to cancel an order or update shipping details must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
🚪 Delivery Attempts & Re-Shipping
Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our facility.
In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply for a new delivery attempt.
To avoid delays, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
